1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with eg333c, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. You agree to update your details promptly if any information changes.

eg333c reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, and address at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2. Account Management and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the eg333c Platform. If more than one account is identified as belonging to the same individual — whether through matching personal details, device fingerprinting, payment method overlap, or any other detection method — eg333c reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any bonus funds or winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify eg333c immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. eg333c will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting eg333c support. Any outstanding real-money balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

eg333c supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other approved local payment channels. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The minimum single deposit is ৳500. Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit ("same-source rule").

Transaction Errors

Credits made to your account in error do not belong to you and must be returned. eg333c reserves the right to reverse any erroneous credit at any time without prior notice.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, or in any way exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of eg333c. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of eg333c's intellectual property rights and may result in civil and criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The eg333c Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While eg333c makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the Platform is available, accurate, and free from defects, eg333c does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eg333c and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if eg333c has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, eg333c reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. eg333c's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your eg333c account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
